Fernando Escura has been Managing Partner of Bufete Escura since 1987, and heads the Corporate and Commercial practice of the firm. Escura has extensive experience in Corporate, M&A, and Tax matters. He is an Arbiter of the International European Association AEADE. Escura is President of Hispajuris the first network of law firms in Spain.
Member of the Board of important national and global companies, with special incidence in the automotive, oil, metallurgical and pharmaceutical industries. Escura is the adviser to a significant number of Industrial Associations.
Law Degree with Honours, Universidad de Barcelona. Master in Tax and Business Administration, Centro de Estudios Tributarios y Financieros. Master in Arbitration Law, Asociación Catalana de Arbitraje. Master in private and public Fundations, L’Escola d’Administració Publica de Catalunya. Since the year 2010, he has been included in the Best Lawyers list for Spain.
