Any report submitted without having contracted the service with Escura, the person who has submitted the report is expressly informed that it will not be processed and any information and documents provided will be destroyed.

How to make a report?

The reports received must contain all the data necessary for the analysis of the situation and the correct management:

  • A specific and detailed description of the facts.
  • Identify the company.
  • Identification of the person(s) involved in or with knowledge of the reported event.
  • Date on which the reported event occurred or has occurred.
  • Optionally, any documents, records or additional information that may be relevant to the evaluation and resolution of the case.

The information provided must be specific and as complete as possible for the effective management of the case.
