As\u00ed pues, la citada normativa estableci\u00f3 que el periodo de vigencia de los Planes de Igualdad ser\u00eda el que se acordara en el mismo por las partes negociadoras, sin que en ning\u00fan caso pudiese superar los cuatro a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>En consecuencia, una vez transcurrido este per\u00edodo, las empresas deben proceder a su renovaci\u00f3n para seguir cumpliendo con las obligaciones legales, asegurando as\u00ed la efectividad de las medidas implementadas en los Planes de Igualdad.<\/p>\n<p>Por todo ello, para poder continuar cumpliendo con la normativa vigente en materia de igualdad, todas las empresas que registraron su plan de igualdad el pasado a\u00f1o 2021, deber\u00e1n proceder con su renovaci\u00f3n este a\u00f1o 2025. Para cumplir con esta obligaci\u00f3n de car\u00e1cter legal no solamente ser\u00e1 necesaria la renovaci\u00f3n del Plan de Igualdad, sino que a su vez se deber\u00e1 realizar una evaluaci\u00f3n de las medidas implantadas y los objetivos alcanzados, para as\u00ed proceder con negociaci\u00f3n de un nuevo Plan de Igualdad actualizado y adaptado a las nuevas necesidades de cada
