En este sentido, y en caso de que la RLT tenga constancia de alg\u00fan comportamiento que pudiera constituir un posible caso de acoso, deber\u00e1 ponerlo en conocimiento de la Direcci\u00f3n de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora bien, muchas empresas optan por utilizar modelos de protocolo contra el acoso gen\u00e9ricos con tal de dar una apariencia de cumplimiento a la normativa vigente. Sin embargo, esto puede acarrear graves problemas a la organizaci\u00f3n en el momento en que se presente un verdadero caso de acoso, ya que no se dispone de un procedimiento adaptado a la realidad de la entidad y a lo estipulado en el Convenio Colectivo de aplicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En relaci\u00f3n con el procedimiento de actuaci\u00f3n a seguir, en muchos convenios colectivos figuran los plazos que debe llevar a cabo la organizaci\u00f3n. Por ejemplo, el Convenio colectivo estatal para el sector de mayoristas e importadores de productos qu\u00edmicos industriales y de droguer\u00eda, perfumer\u00eda y anexos, se establece un plazo m\u00e1ximo de 15 d\u00edas para adoptar las medidas correctoras necesarias ante supuestos de acoso, especificando que la RLT tendr\u00e1 conocimiento del resultado final de todos los expedientes que pudieran tramitarse, as\u00ed como de las medidas adoptadas por la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Aquellas compa\u00f1\u00edas que no dispongan del referido protocolo podr\u00e1n incurrir en una <strong>infracci\u00f3n grave<\/strong> seg\u00fan el art\u00edculo 7 del Real Decreto Legislativo 5\/2000, de 4 de agosto, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley sobre Infracciones y Sanciones en el Orden Social (en adelante, LISOS), con multas, en su grado m\u00ednimo, de 751 a 1.500 euros, de 1.501 a 3.750 euros en su grado medio y de 3.751 a 7.500 euros en su grado m\u00e1ximo, seg\u00fan lo establecido en el art\u00edculo 40 LISOS. Por ello, recomendamos que todas aquellas entidades que no dispongan en la actualidad de un protocolo para la prevenci\u00f3n y actuaci\u00f3n frente al acoso sexual y\/o por raz\u00f3n de sexo, lo
