de marzo de 2022: fin del plazo para disponer de un Plan de Igualdad<\/h1>\n<p>El pr\u00f3ximo 7 de marzo termina el plazo para que, aquellas compa\u00f1\u00edas que tengan <strong>entre 50 y 100 trabajadores<\/strong> dispongan de un Plan de Igualdad.<\/p>\n<p>Acaba as\u00ed el plazo de tres a\u00f1os de adaptaci\u00f3n que otorg\u00f3 la Disposici\u00f3n transitoria d\u00e9cima segunda del Real Decreto-ley 6\/2019, de 1 de marzo, de medidas urgentes para garant\u00eda de la igualdad de trato y de oportunidades entre mujeres y hombres en el empleo y la ocupaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Recordamos que no cumplir con las obligaciones que en materia de planes y medidas de igualdad establecen la Ley Org\u00e1nica 3\/2007, de 22 de marzo, para la igualdad efectiva de mujeres y hombres, el Estatuto de los Trabajadores o el convenio colectivo de aplicaci\u00f3n, implica una sanci\u00f3n grave, cuyo importe puede llegar hasta los 7.500 euros (art\u00edculo 7.13 LISOS en relaci\u00f3n con el 40.1 del mismo cuerpo legal).<\/p>\n<p>Igualmente, no elaborar o no aplicar el plan de igualdad, o hacerlo incumpliendo manifiestamente los t\u00e9rminos previstos, cuando la obligaci\u00f3n de realizar dicho plan responda a lo establecido en el apartado 2 del art\u00edculo 46 <em>bis<\/em> de la LISOS, implica una sanci\u00f3n muy grave, cuyo importe puede llegar hasta los 225.018 euros (art\u00edculo 8.17 LISOS en relaci\u00f3n con el art\u00edculo 40.1 del mismo texto legal).<\/p>\n<p>\u00a9 La presente informaci\u00f3n es propiedad de <strong>Escura<\/strong>,
